ZORI Restaurant&bar : Dining Guidelines
At ZORI Restaurant&bar, we are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful dining experience for all our guests. We have a zero-tolerance policy for offensive language or behavior towards other guests or our staff. Anyone who violates this policy will be asked to leave.
Reservations & Timing
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your reservation time.
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after this window, seating is not guaranteed and you may experience a wait while we adjust accommodations.
If a significant amount of time has passed, we may offer seating at the bar to ensure fairness for other guests with reservations or on the waitlist. This request is typically not made within the first two hours of your reservation.
No-shows will incur a cancellation fee.
Restaurant Policies
Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless pre-approved.
External décor is not permitted without prior authorization.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with local and state policies, but we ask that they remain on the ground.
Children under 16 are not permitted in the restaurant after 9 PM or at any time in our bar/lounge area.
PLEASE LET US KNOW OF ANY FOOD OR DRINK ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
AN 18% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO THE BILL FOR PARTIES OF 6 OR MORE.
A 7% SERVICE CHARGE IS APPLIED TO COVER ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. THIS IS NOT A GRATUITY AND CAN BE REMOVED UPON REQUEST. ADDITIONAL GRATUITY IS APPRECIATED
Allergy Notice
Please inform your server of any allergies. While we do our best to accommodate, not all ingredients are listed on the menu, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
